Leadership Development Workshops Across the UK

Creating Performance Workshops combine creativity with leadership psychology. Build resilience, trust and collaboration through hands-on making sessions that turn leadership theory into practice.

B Corp™ Certified | Based in Scholar Green, Cheshire | Delivered across the UK

Why Choose a Performance Workshop?

No hotel rooms. No trust falls. Just hands-on experiences that inspire lasting change.

Our workshops offer a fresh approach to leadership and development — combining hands-on creativity with proven business psychology to create learning experiences that truly last.

Led by Emma Semper Hopkins (Creative Facilitator from SHUI) and Sarah Clarke (Business Psychologist, Think Organisation), these sessions help leaders and teams develop self-awareness, resilience, and collaboration in a practical, memorable way.

You won’t just talk about leadership — you’ll experience it. Through upholstery or leathercraft, participants step out of their comfort zones, build confidence together, and leave with both new skills and a tangible reminder of what they’ve achieved.

FAQs: Creative Workshops

No. Every workshop is fully guided. Everyone leaves with a keepsake and practical tools they can apply at work.

Most are delivered at our converted chapel in Cheshire. We also run sessions at offices and venues across the UK.

Workshops are designed for 12–16 participants. Larger groups can be split into multiple sessions.

By blending hands-on making with psychology, these sessions create psychological safety in action. Participants experience resilience and leadership principles rather than just hearing about them.
