Quarterly in-person away days in an inspiring space, designed to feel like a home from home. Combining creative activity with business focus

  • Pre-planning session to map out your year.
  • 4 away days per year:

    • Morning: creative workshop to spark energy and connection.
    • Afternoon: business focus session aligned with your goals (with optional facilitation).
  • Quarterly impact reports & action plans.
  • Accountability and support calls.

From £649 per month for up to 12 people (+£60pp thereafter). A tailored proposal is submitted based on your companies needs,

Development Package

A deeper 12-month partnership blending creativity with leadership development.

  • Objectives aligned with company goals.
  • 2 Creative Workshops + strategy sessions per year.

  • Accountability and support calls.
  • Online quarterly stakeholder reviews.

From £1,100 per month for up to 12 people (+£95pp thereafter). A tailored proposal is submitted based on your companies needs,

It takes time to embed change. Twelve months gives your team the rhythm and consistency needed to see measurable impact and lasting results.

Yes. Many clients choose to add additional creative workshops or consultancy days depending on their business priorities.

We run pre- and post-workshop surveys and provide quarterly impact reports aligned to your objectives. You’ll see clear data on improvements in confidence, wellbeing, and collaboration.

Most sessions are delivered at our converted chapel in Scholar Green, Cheshire. We can run selected workshops at your venue.

The Creative Workshops and Strategy sessions led by Emma Semper Hopkins (creative workshop specialist, B Corp™ certified) & Ros Spiers King 

Creating Performance Workshops are co-led by Emma Semper Hopkins (creative workshop specialist, B Corp™ certified) and Sarah Clarke (Think Organisation & Business Psychologist). Together, they blend creativity with leadership psychology for maximum impact.
