Leather Belt Making Workshop in Cheshire – Beginner-Friendly Craft Class to Create Your Own Belt
A New Chapter for Our Workshops
We’re so excited to share something brand new at Semper Hopkins Upholstery & Interiors — our very first leather belt making workshop in Cheshire!
While upholstery will always be at the heart of what we do, creativity comes in many forms. Leathercraft is a timeless, tactile, and rewarding skill that complements our upholstery ethos perfectly — making something by hand, with care, and creating a piece that lasts. Our new workshop adds to our growing range of craft workshops in Cheshire, giving you the chance to try something truly different.
Who This Workshop is For
This make your own leather belt experience is ideal for:
- Complete beginners — no prior experience required.
- Experienced crafters — anyone curious to explore a new skill like leathercraft.
Style lovers — if you love a belt as a practical yet stylish accessory, this is for you!
Why I’m Excited About Leathercraft
I’m a lifelong learner — I absolutely love exploring new techniques and adding new skills to my creative toolkit.
Stepping into leathercraft workshops has been such a joy for me personally. I’ve loved discovering the tools, the process, and the satisfaction of creating something that I can actually wear. And for me, belts tick all the boxes — they’re practical, long-lasting, and can elevate any outfit.
What You’ll Learn
In our leather belt making workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step to:

Why We’re Expanding Beyond Upholstery
