PART F: Creative Visionary Writing Retreat

1. Payment

Payment for the workshop can be made by BACS transfer. Once you have paid your course fee you will be deemed to have entered into a contract with SHUI and Lisa Barry Online  and agreed to all our terms and conditions. If you pay in instalments this final payment must be made by the 31st January 2024. 

If you have selected to pay in four part payment plan it will be in four equal instalments (£137.50 for a shared room, or £150 for own room) on the following dates:

The 1st payment will be due 31st October, 

2nd payment will be due 30th November,

3rd payment will be due 31st December and the fourth payment will be due 31st January.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A: If you cancel in writing (via email to hello@shupholstery.co.uk) before January 31st 2024 we can offer a full refund.   

B. If you cancel in writing (via email to hello@shupholstery.co.uk) after January 31st 2024 we can’t offer a refund but can look at rescheduling for other events held by either SHUI or Lisa Barry Online. 

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by SHUI

SHUI and Lisa Barry Online reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If you’re affected then as much notice as possible will be given in writing along with a choice of future dates for rescheduling. Workshops affected will not be eligible for a refund only a reschedule. 

5. Minimum Workshop Numbers

If a workshop which you are booked onto does not reach the minimum numbers required for it to happen then as much notice as possible will be given in writing along with a choice of future dates for rescheduling.
